When starting work with DIVISA in Guatemala, they had some very ambitious growth goals to significantly grow their business by out pacing their competition without sacrificing gross or net profit.

In the first 12 months of executing their action plans, they revised their inventory planning, established weekly training, worked at measuring their return on their marketing efforts, started to work on a master plan for infrastructure investment, and made focusing on the customer part of all decisions. During these first 12 months DIVISA increased sales by 42.8% and also enjoyed an increase in net profit. After three consecutive years of annual reviews of their own action plans, expansion, constant training, and continuous consulting and follow-up, their overall business is up 70.79% while the overall Guatemalan market is up only 7.04%.
